Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) Presentation
On 14 May 2010, Timothy Lo, MD of CIC Investor Services Limited was invited to give a wealth presentation to the current 1st year "Introduction to Commerce" class students at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE).
Timothy gave an introduction to CIC, the role of being a private banker and discussed on the features of private banking and its services with elaboration on how the business is ran and how computerized systems had facilitated the business development in private banking. As a conclusion, one of our relationship managers shared with the students on her experiences, the interview techniques and the qualities of a Private Banker.
The Vocational Training Council (VTC) established in 1982, is the largest vocational education, training and professional development group in Hong Kong. It provides valuable credentials for some 190 000 students each year through a full range of pre-employment and in-service programmes with internationally recognized qualifications.
